4 Week Classes of subtle yoga practices.

These simple practices strongly affect the subtle (sukshma sharira) body while also strengthening and toning
the physical body (sthula sharira), thus encouraging and enhancing the flow of prana in our systems.
The olden day yogis had all the science behind the effects of this practiced well figured out long ago. There is no other system of medicine like it.

Sukshma Vyayama is a powerful and profound yet accessible system of yogic exercises designed to strengthen and rejuvenate the nervous system while enhancing overall well-being. Rooted in the ancient wisdom of Hatha Yoga, this practice was originally developed by Maharishi Kartikeya Ji Maharaj and later popularized by Swami Dhirendra Brahmachari. Unlike conventional yoga asanas, Sukshma Vyayama focuses on subtle energy activation through a unique combination of breathwork, movement, and mental concentration. It systematically engages every joint, muscle, and organ from head to toe, promoting circulation, flexibility, and vitality. By integrating mudras, bandhas, and specialized breathing techniques, this practice harmonizes the mind-body connection, fostering deep relaxation and resilience against stress.

The benefits of Sukshma Vyayama extend beyond physical fitness, offering profound impacts on mental clarity, emotional stability, and spiritual awakening. Regular practice enhances lung capacity, strengthens the nervous system, and supports the awakening of Kundalini energy, leading to higher states of consciousness. Unlike other forms of exercise, this practice works on the pranamaya kosha—the subtle energetic body—bringing balance and vitality to the entire being. Within weeks of consistent practice, practitioners experience increased strength, heightened awareness, and an overall sense of inner peace. Whether used as a standalone practice or as a foundation for deeper yogic exploration, Sukshma Vyayama is a powerful tool for self-healing, mental development, resilience, and transformation.
