Next steps to get your free breathwork class

In the next few minutes, you should get an email with a registration link for your free breathwork class. To make sure you can receive emails from Sonya Lyn, please follow the steps below.

Gmail Users

Gmail users may have to look under the ‘Promotions’ tab. Make sure to drag the message to the primary tab and select ‘yes’ on the message that appears.

Outlook & Hotmail Users

If you see ‘Focused’ and ‘Other’ at the top of your inbox, check under the ‘Other’ tab. If Sonya’s message appears there, drag it to the Focused tab.
