Breathwork is a type of active meditation technique that uses the breath to clear emotional debris from the body and nervous system. It can assist you in finding a safe haven within your body, open your heart, and break the cycle of depression or anxiety. It is a self-healing practice that is both effective and efficient for emotional detox.
What does it look like?
This Breathwork technique is done lying on your back in a relaxed position. It is a 3-part breath all through the mouth. The first inhale goes to the low belly, the second inhale goes to the heart and then exhale everything through the mouth. This is repeated for up to 30 minutes. In the background, music will be played to help motivate, relax, and release any trapped emotions. It’s powerful and can be profound. When you change your breath you can transform your life.

After you’ve processed your emotions, healing becomes possible; self-love, gratitude, and inner peace become obtainable, allowing you to access your higher state of creativity, bliss, and divine connection.
It is essential to maintain alignment in both your physical and mental states to keep your chakras balanced. A breathwork ritual can help you achieve homeostasis. It will help to strengthen your immune system and provide a pathway to your soul’s true essence and abundant nature.
What you may experience
Breathwork Sessions
Bi-weekly classes on the 1st Sunday and 3rd Tuesday of every month. Individual, couple, and group experiences are all available. Choose from 75, 90, or 2 hour and 45 minute sessions.
Are held at various yoga studios and wellness centers throughout Southern NH. Private sessions are also available.
